Founded by Johann Pankau, a seasoned engineering manager with over 35 years at global leaders like Continental (Germany/USA), ITT Teves, and Continental Tire, the company is dedicated to making vehicles quieter, smoother, and safer.
Based in Michigan’s automotive innovation hub, the firm specializes in three core areas:
– Tire Technology: Optimizing NVH performance, enhancing ride comfort via tire-road interaction analysis, and offering OEM consulting on tire selection, benchmarking, design, and testing.
– Brake Technology: Tackling brake squeal, creep groan, and judder, while optimizing system layout and vehicle integration for top performance.
– Accelerated Durability Validation: Using vibration diagnostics and 6-Sigma statistical processing to accelerate testing and validation of structural and electronic components.
The team features industry veterans Elmar Fuchs, former Chief Engineer of Hydraulic Brake Systems at Continental (34 years in brake design and testing), and Dr. Djamil Boulahbal, Senior Engineering Expert in NVH and Durability, renowned for balancing NVH goals with long-term reliability.
